Roger & Georgia

Auckland, New Zealand // October 2015

Roger & Georgia were engaged months after meeting, but waited 9 years to get married (and had two lovely children, Camille and Louie, in between.) Not wanting to have a 'traditional' ceremony, they were married among friends during a cocktail party. I photographed on site to keep it simple (and was there for just two hours!) so the family could spend more time with their guests who had travelled from near and far to be there.

While I was taking pictures, Louis told me that he slept with an book filled with photos of his family under his pillow and if I didn't mind, could I give these pictures to his parents so he could add them to his album.  So precious!
